If you've got one of the more recent (Though I'm unsure how recent) updates of GIMP, then it should take Photoshop brushes. To do so, you just download this brush here and install it just like you would a normal GIMP brush.

Could you make a gimp brush of it? There's no gimp brush where you can draw with a crayon style.

Dude, you can put ABRs in GIMP. Just put it in your ".gimp_2.x" folder under "brushes"
